Why thinking positive is bad for you

Why thinking positive is bad for you

After reading this, you will stop try thinking positively…but

Have you heard of this?

it doesn’t work for everyone.

While this is true in certain cases,
Why? It is simple…

Many people who want to change their lives often start chanting this so-called “positive vibe.” However, deep down, they remain negative.
So, what happens when they try to repeat these positive words?
A battle begins within.

Take a look at this picture.

Did you know only 5%
of our brain is conscious?

That means the other
95% is like a “submarine subconscious,”

working under the surface,
mostly out of sight. So,

let’s say your conscious
mind—your 5%—starts saying

things like,
“Hey, I want to be happy,
peaceful, grateful, and abundant! ”

But your subconscious, that
95% powerhouse, might

respond with something like,
“Seriously? That’s the weirdest

request you’ve made! Why do
we need to be more positive?

That’s totally unfamiliar.
Stick to what we know

—negative thoughts. Anything
else, and you’ll feel our resistance!”

This is why, when you try to
“think positive,” it can sometimes

feel like pushing against
a wall. It’s like your conscious

mind and subconscious are
in a tug-of-war. The more you

try to think positively, the
more resistance you feel

because 95% of your mind is
still stuck in its old patterns.

So, does that mean
we can’t actually be

more positive? Are we
stuck fighting our subconscious?
(am I destined to be brokie forever??)

No way! You CAN change!
And it’s all about helping

your subconscious get
comfortable with positivity.

Real positivity isn’t about
forcing happy thoughts

—it’s about gradually reprogramming
your subconscious so that

it starts to lean toward
positivity on its own. Imagine

if that 95% was naturally tuned
to a positive outlook. No more

internal tug-of-war! Instead,
positivity would become your

default, making it so much
easier to feel happy, peaceful,

and abundant. So how do
you do this? The key is

patience and small, consistent steps.
Things like thinking how

great is your God is, surrender,
and ask forgiveness to

your God can gently nudge
your subconscious in a

positive direction. Bit by bit,
you’re helping it viewing

positivity as something familiar.
It takes time, but it’s worth it.

You’ll feel your inner
state shift, and suddenly,

you won’t need to “think positive”
so hard. It’ll just be there,

like a quiet strength.
So keep at it—positive

change is totally within reach,
and you’ve got everything

you need to make it happen!

p/s: as for me, I ask directly
to God to give me

those qualities… and
it comes in very Fast!!
(trully Fast!! Why? He Is the Most Giving Right?)

Conclusion

True, lasting positivity isn’t about forcing yourself to feel good all the time—it’s about making peace with your subconscious, slowly teaching it that positivity is safe, familiar, and beneficial. Through small, consistent actions, you can shift even the deepest patterns, so your subconscious starts to naturally align with a positive, abundant mindset. And if you’re willing, turning to God for guidance and support can bring even greater clarity and strength.
